First, try going to the website of whichever service you used to join the site-that's either Verotel.com or CCBill.com . With your credit card number and your email address you should be able to track it down.

If that doesn't work for you, please write us and we'll try and help. At the very least please remember to include:
1. Your name
2. The email address that you used to sign up.
3. The service, Verotel or CCBill, that you used to sign up.
